How to lose the "Hibernating Weight":- NO MORE SODA!!
WATER, WATER, WATER!
- SNACK ALL DAY: but make it healthy. Fruit has awesome natural sugars which help you make it from meal to meal. Try unsalted nuts, avocado, tuna salad (with olive oil mayo)!!
- Do salad for lunch: try salmon, chicken or steak on top and cut out the bread and carbs.
Try oil & vinegar as a dressing!
- Dinner:
Chug 12 oz. of water prior to eating. NO SECOND HELPINGS. Don't let
your serving sizes pile up on your plate!
When you feel full, STOP!!
- Don't eat dinner later then 2 hours before bedtime! Give YOU a chance to burn it off and help metabolize it!
- Instead
of sitting on the couch watching your favorite news channels or reality
shows, try the floor and stretch, try sit-ups, or push-ups!
- Take advantage of the beautiful weather, take a walk, play hide and seek with the kids outside, put on some music and have a dance party with the kids! Get your blood MOVING!!
- Drink another 12 oz of water before bed.
Your skin will thank you.
